Once your order is placed, it will take 24 hours for the next process to begin. This might be due to the different time zones around the globe. We’ll reach out to you for order confirmation before starting the next process.
This step is sub divided into further steps, details are given below.
Pattern & Leather Cutting: We believe in providing individual attention to each and every order that we process. We cut the pattern of your ordered jacket according to the size provided by you on the hardboard. Later, fresh high grade leather gets cut according to that pattern. You might feel a little odour of fresh leather which will go away shortly.
Stitching: Once leather pieces are cut, next comes the stitching process. Your outfit gets stitched on machine by our trained leather Tailors with full attention to details. Lining, zippers, buttons are also attached to jackets during this phase.
Quality Check (QA/QC): Once your jacket is ready it gets inspected by our Quality Checking staff for any flaws in leather, stitching and sizing etc before it gets shipped. We communicate with our customers through emails / pictures at different steps to make them aware of their order.
Your order gets dispatched through best available courier service for your country (Eg. DHL, FedEx)
Finally your order gets delivered to you. Don’t forget to provide your contact number while placing your order. It’s an essential requirement by a courier service company.
